The Grade 2 trip on the Mohaka River is a half day event. This trip allows you to experience a seldom traveled New Zealand river gorge without the commitment of a full day trip. Experience gentle whitewater, pleasant places to swim and float as you take in the scenery. Recommended for those 5 and older. This trip is designed for young families and those that wish to sit back and relax. There are only very small rapids on this section
What to expect:

The Grade 3 trip on the Mohaka River is a full day event. This trip allows you to get out into New Zealand’s backcountry to experience fun whitewater and amazing scenery. Recommended for those 12 and older.

$265.00 per person
The Grade 4/5 trip on the Mohaka River is a full day event. This is honestly one of New Zealand’s best whitewater runs. Technical rapids within amazing canyons – you need to be prepared to paddle to make sure you keep the raft where it needs to be. Guests should be fit enough to exert themselves for several minutes without great strain. We need a minimum of 8 people to run the trip. Recommended for those 16 and older.
What to expect
We supply all river gear - helmet, life jacket, fleece, splash jacket, wetsuit and river shoes - and waterproof containers
You need to bring a towel, swimsuit and clothes to change into after trip, and a light snack or lunch
