F.A.W.C! Workshop: Let’s Play Chicken!

Join Francky Godinho of St George's Restaurant for a two-hour workshop on all things Bostock Brothers Organic Free-Range Chicken.
Learn how to debone a chicken, make stock from scratch, and use every part of the chicken to create a soul-warming cassoulet.

The team from Bostock Brothers will be on hand to talk about their organic chickens as well as their organic and sustainability mission.
Following the workshop, sit down to a beautiful three-course lunch served with Bostock Wines.

Ticket price includes two-hour workshop followed by a three-course lunch paired with Bostock Wine. A recipe book to take away.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
