F.A.W.C! Blanc is the New Noir!

F.A.W.C! Blanc is the New Noir!

Join Te Awanga Estate for a long lunch and a deep dive into the wonderful world of Sauvignon Blanc. Long since moved on from the simple 'cat's pee on a gooseberry bush' pile, Te Awanga Estate is here to convince you that Sauvignon Blanc is cool!

Chief winemaker Rod McDonald will pull together a list of nuanced, thinking-person's Sauvs from around the globe to tempt even the most die-hard Sauvignon Blanc shunners and prove that Hawke's Bay is ready to take on the Sauvignon Blanc world!

Definitely not a sit-still-and-be-quiet tasting, you’ll while away the afternoon with good friends, tall stories, long tables, bottles of wine and bowls of organic deliciousness from Te Awanga Estate kitchen queen, Loma Robertson.

Ticket price includes lunch, wine, tall stories and Sauvignon Blanc chatter.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Winter Series runs over the 4 weekends in June 2022
