F.A.W.C! Chefs in Homes

This is your chance to get up close with Jason Brown, the new Chef managing Elephant Hill’s kitchen and restaurant.

Guests will enjoy a relaxed, yet elegant dinner hosted in absolutely luxury, the ultimate chef’s table experience.
Dine on balanced, fresh and seasonal cuisine that honours the region’s many local artisan suppliers.
This is a dinner with a focus on provenance and perfect flavours, with each dish matched to an exquisite Elephant Hill wine.
Hosted in Elephant Hill’s private, luxury boutique lodge, this is a premium experience for just 12 people.

Ticket price includes: five course degustation tasting menu with matching wines, including wines from the library vintage cellar.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
