Stu, from Devine Wine, is Te Awanga’s guy on the ground in America and has known Rod for aeons, which makes for some interesting banter.
Join them for a long lunch while they compare wines from America and New Zealand including an exclusive pre-release tasting of one of Te Awanga’s new summer wines.
Definitely not a sit still and be quiet tasting, this is an afternoon with good company, tall stories, long tables and bottles of wine.
Bowls of deliciousness are provided by Te Awanga’s resident foodie Loma Robertson, who is inspired by the slow cooked American BBQ culture.
