Eye Spy: Curious Stories brings together some weird and wonderful objects from the Hawke’s Bay’s Museums Trust’s collection. Held within these objects are some truly great narratives, stories that go beyond ornamentation to offer a fascinating view of our heritage.
Some of these stories are as old as the hills, some have helped shaped our histories, some have bought us together and some have torn us apart…
So come along and…peer, look, touch, sniff and listen to ‘spy’ every inch of these wonderful things, and uncover and discover a world of curious stories contained in ornamentation.
