Peak Trail Blazer 2019

Peak Trail Blazer 2019

Peak Trail Blazer - $500 Cash for the Fastest Dash!

The 10th annual Peak Trail Blazer is home to the Te Awanga Estate King of the Peak, Hawke’s Bay Orthodontics Queen of the Peak, The Scorchers sub-50 minutes club & Hall of Flames sub-60 minutes club, along with the Prince & Princess of Tainui, Up & Coming, Lucky Legs and the mighty Heart Squad.

Current reigning champs are Niam Macdonald (48:46) and Julia Anderson (58:19). Long-standing course records are held by Eric Speakman (46:40) and Ruby Muir (53:32).

No just for the super fast, the Peak Trail Blazer is a trail run for all. Run or walk, team or individual, corporate or school, super fit or not so, young and old… we’ve got you covered!

One Peak, two trails – the choice is yours. Join us for a Sunday jaunt on the picturesque 12.8km Te Mata Peak Trail or blitz the 3.5km Tainui Trail. Sure there’ll be some sweat involved, but the views and the kudos will be well worth it!

We've been raising funds for the community since 2010 with over $144,000 to date.

The PTB - we're 100% nuts about good, honest, fresh-air fun!
