Free Acting Workshop

Free Acting Workshop

Join Massive Theatre Company, an award-winning theatre company from Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, at their free Foundations Workshop for rangatahi aged 14-25 years old at Toitoi: Hawke's Bay Arts & Events Centre in June.

Massive’s workshops build performance skills, confidence and creativity, combining acting, improvisation and movement in a playful and supportive environment.

You may be taking part in drama classes at school, Uni or have done some acting in the past - but even if you haven’t, this workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.

You will learn how to make exciting performance pieces using your own stories and ideas, using Massive’s unique style of theatre-making. We will teach you how to form a great connection with other actors and an audience, helping you to develop as a dynamic performer who people will love to watch on stage.

The workshop is Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June, 10am – 4pm each day and you must be able to attend all three days.

Register via the link in the websites section.
