Winters can be freezing in the mountains of Morocco, so delicious fare that warms from the inside out is an absolute must.
Discover the joys of Moroccan cuisine with a three-hour, hands-on workshop that uncovers the sweet and spicy, earthy and bright flavours and vast array of spices that this corner of the world is renowned for.
Afterwards, sit down to enjoy a three-course dinner filled with the finest Moroccan flavours and accompanied with two glasses of wine. Think warming lentil bowls of Harira soup, classic apricot chicken tagine, feta filled bread parcels, preserved lemons, and sweet treats such as classic semolina basbousa, almond crescents and Moroccan Mint Tea.
Ticket price includes 3hr hands-on workshop, three-course dinner, two glasses of wine and a take home recipe booklet.
