R18
F.A.W.C! Bringing our Origins Home to Hawke

The secret of good food lies in memory, which is why EIT’s Level 5 Diploma of Cookery students will be inspired by memories of home for this stunning eight course degustation.

Harnessing the bounty of fresh produce from Hawke’s Bay, EIT’s students will delve deep into their memory banks and let their home countries serve as inspiration for this delicious menu.

With students from Cambodia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Tairawhiti, the evening will showcase a range of flavour profiles, all made with the best of Hawke’s Bay produce.

Each dish will be matched to a glass of wine to ensure the evening is thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Ticket prices include: eight course degustation with matching wines.

There are 60 tickets available for this event.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Now in its tenth year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand food and wine scene.
