Delivering this special night is Tora Collective and Central Fire Station. Tora Collective supply Crayfish & Paua out of Tora Bay, Martinborough. They have a sustainable ethos and service many of New Zealand’s leading restaurants.
The night’s Sam Clark-designed menu will be driven by Tora’s produce, with a strong focus on zero waste and low food miles. It will also showcase the incredible produce that is available right here in Hawke’s Bay.
