F.A.W.C! An evening with Cameron Douglas

Ever wondered what it would be like to dine with New Zealand’s first ever Master Sommelier?
Well wonder no more because here is your chance to take part in an intimate evening with Cameron Douglas at the award-winning Bistronomy.
Over eight tantalising courses, Cameron will talk you through his favourite wines from Hawke’s Bay and beyond. Discover which wines draw the attention and applause from Cameron, and which Hawke’s Bay wines are a must-have for your cellar.
Bistronomy owner and Head Chef James Beck will match his dishes to Cameron’s selections, ensuring a seamless journey of food and one in one delectable evening.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs November, 6-15, 2020
