This 1-day Team Leader Tool Box; Facilitating your Team workshop is designed to teach you how to build a team, deal with conflicts and get your team humming at a high performing level. Throughout the course you will learn about your leadership style and how to develop and motivate individuals in your team to achieve your targets.

This course will equip you with the tools to be able to lead, plan, delegate and manage the workload of your new team effectively and with confidence.

The topics covered in this course include Time Management, Problem Solving and Decision-Making, Managing Meetings and Effective Delegation and Managing Performance.
