Music We Like to Sing

The Linden Singers of Hawke's Bay and the Choir of Waiapu Cathedral will present " Music we like to sing".

This concert will celebrate The Linden Singers 50th Anniversary and Basil Brooker's 70 -year involvement with Church and Cathedral Music.

The entire programme will include favourite choral pieces of the choirs and their conductors.

A few of the favourite items will include:
The Lord bless you and keep you - Rutter, Hallelujah Chorus- Handel, I was glad - Parry.
Linden Lea - Vaughn Williams, Hail Gladdening Light - Wood, Who shall win my lady fair-Pearsall, and two specially Commissioned Works.
