As you may have heard today, the New Zealand Government has announced restrictions on mass public gatherings which will prevent the Eclipse Concert on the 28th of March from going ahead. We have also heard from a large number of ticket holders over the last couple of days asking us to push back the event over the current pandemic concerns.
We are now working through all the options for re-scheduling this concert later in 2020 taking into consideration availability of the venue, suppliers, crew and performers to come up with the best possible outcome for ticketholders.
As you can no doubt appreciate, the entire event industry has been turned on its head in the last 48 hours with nearly every major event across the country postponed or cancelled. We ask that you have some patience and give us a few days to confirm the postponement date.
Those people that are unable to attend on the postponement date will be able to request a refund.
Please note, all VIP tickets are now sold out, so we advise people to hold onto their tickets until they are sure they will not be wanted.
