Jie Pang will introduce you to skills of filling, shaping and making Dumplings, Steamed buns and Baobuns from scratch.
Jie Pang’s origins lay in Chengdu, city in southwestern province Sichuan in China. Sichuan is also the hometown of Panda and HotPot. It is famous for its spicy food.
Jie Pang will introduce you to the flavours of China, like red bean paste, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorn, bamboo shoots, oyster sauce and five spice powder.
You will be filling and shaping the dumplings, the steambuns and the baobuns.
This will be served as a lunch and complemented with some other sichuan dishes into a lunch, 5 menu items.
