An evening with All Black legend, Sir John Kirwan.

Come & listen to Sir John Kirwan talking about Mental Health. He will discuss his journey and experience with depression and anxiety.
He will give tools and techniques that he uses to keep his mental health well.
A question and answer session will be held at the end of the evening.

Tickets includes Canapes, which will be served at the beginning of the evening.
There will be a cash bar available through-out the evening.
