Growing my Leadership & Managing Others

This 1-day Growing my Leadership and Management Expertise workshop is designed to build on the self-awareness learned in our Communicating with Confidence workshop. The aim is to deepen self-awareness and develop self-management strategies to positively impact relationships with others. Furthermore, it is designed to explore personality, values, beliefs and identity to develop a sense of personal purpose.

This course will cover the topics of values and beliefs, personality insights, self-identity and reputation, managing mindset, building resilience and discovering your purpose.

Learning Outcomes
Over the course of the day, you will:

Understand the relationship between behaviour, values and beliefs.
Learn how to increase personal awareness and understanding of Hogan personality assessment.
Understand why as a leader, what other people see matters.
Understand the impact of mindset on personal growth, performance, and leadership.
Understand resilience and how to bounce back from setbacks.
Develop a connection between what you do and why you do it.
