Emporium Sippers' Club inaugural event “Summer Whites” is a celebration of white wines. A round-up of some top-notch familiar and unfamiliar whites we have enjoyed this summer. Some sourced locally, others from further afield from a mix of large producers and small artisans. We’re pretty sure many of you would not have had the opportunity to enjoy many of these elsewhere, so be prepared for new experiences.

With 10 fabulous wines to sample, rated between 93 and 96 points by Bob Campbell MW, matched with five delightful shared tasting plates, by Chef Sara it’ll be an evening of awakening the senses.

Hosted in the charming Gatsby Rooms by Craig Hay, owner of Art Deco Masonic Hotel, ably supported by his crew, it’ll be a fun evening and a chance to relax and enjoy with like-minded people.

Priced at $92 per person, this Includes NV No.1 Family Estate Blanc de Blanc on arrival and a tasting of 10 wines matched with five shared tasting plates.
