French Macarons Baking Class

French Macarons Baking Class

A 3 hours class focuses on the creation of elegant macarons, from start to finish using the Italian Meringue method and filling with different ganaches (salted butter caramel, chocolate).

We work through the steps from creating the batter, to piping and filling these delicious biscuits.

Mademoiselle Classes are a real French experience (accent included).
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experimented baker, Mademoiselle classes welcome everyone who wants to
learn to bake in a small group and in a convivial atmosphere.

You will learn all the secrets you need to recreate the magic in your own kitchen back at home.

At the gorgeous Farmhouse Kitchen, 5 min from Havelock North,
we welcome you with
drinks & delicious treats.

You will learn all the secrets you need to recreate the magic in your own kitchen back at home.

Workshops are 3 hours of fun baking and you always take home your own creations to enjoy afterwards.

Booking are essentials.
Vouchers are also available for your presents.

Looking forward to sharing and baking with you.
