What Is An Ecological Civilisation? By Keith Rowe

What Is An Ecological Civilisation? By Keith Rowe

Keith Rowe will address the question "What is an ecological civilisation?"

Forecasts of the future of our human family and our increasingly fragile home on planet earth makes for sober imagining. What are the civilisational values that might undergird a human attempt to moderate the rate of climate change and/or provide a basis for life together in the event of radical change in our living environment and our social norms for human living? The issue is bigger than can be addressed in a single discussion but there is no larger issue facing our western and global civilisation. What I say will in part be based on a book by the same name.

Brought to you by the Sea of Faith.
