Over 3 consecutive nights you will experience a series of easy, fun Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons. You will take home practical movement tips and ways to help you relax.

The Relax, Renew & Rejuvenate Summer Series will run for three consecutive nights so that you can experience the cumulative benefits of relaxation and moving well.

Thursday 17 Jan - 5.30pm - 6.30pm
The summer intensive is suitable to anyone new to Feldenkrais and to more experienced students. You always move at your own pace and level of comfort.
All body types, ages (over 18) and levels are welcome.
Places are strictly limited to 5 students and booking is essential.
