Boxing Day Festival 2018

Boxing Day Festival 2018

Our annual Boxing Day festival returns to Cape Estate in Te Awanga for the 3rd year to celebrate family and friends coming together in Hawkes Bay over Christmas + New Year. With its beautiful secret garden, tennis court and swimming pool it's going to be another amazing day in the sun.

Expect live music, tennis, kubb, driving range and a handpicked selection of local food, wine, beer & cider.

We are happy to open this festival up to all ages. Kids 12 & under will have free entry. Youths aged 13-17 also welcome. All must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Headline act Weird Together head down from Auckland, while local heroes Tropical Downbeat Orchestra reunite once again and Jon Lemmon brings the party up from Wellington.

As well as a great mix of local talent like Debbie Fear, Charlie Whack, Eilish Rose and Akina Vinyl Appreciation Society. We have also added a second DJ stage which will feature BMC, Rob Carroll, Sam Moore, Jayrasik, Chuck & Fid, AV and more to be announced.

Get your friends and family together and make this a special day to remember!
