We operate under a concession from the Department of Conservation providing personal guides for individually-designed tramping trips.
Our short half day trips are a great introduction into NZ native bush flora and fauna and suitable for cruise boat passengers or others with limited time.
White Pine Bush is home to “King Kahikatea” the 800 year old giant amongst a fabulous stand of NZ natives trees and nikau palms. We also visit the Tongoio Falls Reserve to walk along Te Ngarue Stream and to see Te Ana and Tongoio Falls.
Lunch is provided and includes Hawkes Bay produce, craft beer and wine.
Our small group, personalised tours enable you to get to know your guide and NZ’s native bush. All trips include conservation and pest control education and enable practical involvement.
Groups of 4 or 2 couples.
Pick up is from the Napier i-Site. The trips are 4 hours duration. The cost is $175 per person.
Transport and DOC charges are included. Practical shoes and a raincoat are essential.
Make a booking enquiry and a Napier i-SITE consultant will contact you shortly with booking options.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed after booking has been received.
