|Description||Walk Fit Feb is an event focused on creating a simple health-promoting habit - to walk more.|
Walk a minimum of 20-30 minutes once a day, outside of work during the month of February.
Take part on our Facebook page by clicking the 'website button'.
Scale to your level. If you can only walk 10 minutes outside of work 4 times a week, then that is your goal for Walk Fit Feb. If you regularly walk 40-60 minutes and want more of a challenge add in some hills and uneven terrain.

How to enter?
If you have clicked “Interested" or “Going” we will consider that you are taking up the Walk Fit Feb Challenge and you have an entry into the draw for each of the great prizes.
Tag a friend or share an image in the discussion section of you going for a walk and you will get 2 additional entries. The more photo’s you share as evidence of you taking part the more entries you get. (Another option is also to share your image with us on Instagram at #structuralchiro).
Why do Walk Fit Feb?
49% of Kiwi’s are not physically active for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week (Ministry of Health statistics 2014).
Health is something that should be actively pursued and since movement is a vital requirement for health, something as simple as just going for a walk once a day can make a tremendous difference in the long run. Walk Fit Feb in an event focused on creating a simple health-promoting habit - to walk more. Health is something that should be constantly and actively pursued and greater health can quite simply just be a step away.
